Every 10 years universities are expected to go through an intensive accreditation and review process. To assist in the documentation, review, live editing and presentation of the final accreditation submission we created a custom system to help with communications, editing, managing documents for the Tulane University Provost. Working as a team of editors, the content management system allows for easy expansion of the accreditation document, the posting of notes and at the end of the editing cycle the export of the document as a PDF. All files used in reference are kept in a secure server and accessed easily by those reviewing the final project.
